Return Policy:

No returns are accepted at this time due to the smallness of this small business. Please be sure of your purchase before submitting payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. I work hard to craft and create my work and hope you will be thrilled with your purchase. Please contact me with any concerns or questions.

Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a product, you understand that all products are handmade and, therefore, imperfect. Each handmade piece is unique and bears the hand of the maker and the process. Ceramic pieces made by individual potters are subject to variations and imperfections in form, surface, and glaze. When purchasing like products or series, you understand they will not be identical. Please note that this work is not mass produced in a highly-controlled, industrial environment.

By purchasing a product, you agree to hold Melissa Bland harmless for any loss, damage, and or injury incurred by the purchased items.

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are digital, so there is no physical card to ship. Purchase a Gift Card and an email with a unique code will be sent to you or the gift recipient. Use this code at checkout when purchasing an item. Gift cards can not be refunded. Gift cards have no expiration date.

Shipping:

I am currently shipping within the U.S. only. No international orders will be accepted at this time. I double box all items, and the packaging peanuts are made from starch and decompose in water.

All orders (excluding stand alone jewelry orders) will be ready to ship via UPS. Items ship per the selected shipping method, typically the next business day. UPS typically delivers within 1-5 days depending on location (but given holidays, weather conditions, and/or the pandemic this may vary). All orders will be trackable and value declared.

Please notify me and the carrier immediately if the goods have been damaged. Please document damaged packaging and goods. Please do not discard damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Melissa Bland is not liable for lost or stolen goods.

Privacy Policy:

To purchase and ship products, personal information (name, address, email, and phone number) and payment information will be collected and processed by either PayPal or Stripe. PayPal and Stripe are committed to securing transactions and protecting your payment information.

If subscribing to my newsletter, personal information (name and email) will be collected and retained for future notifications. I will not share personal or payment information; however, I shall not be held liable for any breach.

Caring for your Pots:

Pots are dishwasher and microwave safe, but because they’re handmade most people alternate between washing by hand and using the dishwasher.

Glaze:

None of the glazes contain lead.
